Dr. Patricia J. Williams, PhD, is a proud Philly girl, poet, and spiritualist whose life’s work is rooted in inspiring transformation. She is the founder of Sisterly Affection and the visionary behind The Divine Unfolding, a movement dedicated to helping others align with their highest purpose.

A member of Delta Sigma Theta Sorority, Inc., Patricia embodies the strength of sisterhood and service. She is also the best-selling author of Epiphany, a work that captures her gift for weaving words that heal, challenge, and inspire. Through her poetry—such as We the People and The Matter of Black Life—she amplifies voices, honors heritage, and speaks truth with lyrical power.

She describes herself as “boundless energy, designed, fortified, and divinely guided by the one true source.” That spirit fuels her dynamic workshops where she guides individuals in exploring three life-defining questions: What brings you joy? What are you doing? What’s missing?

For Patricia, poetry is more than art—it is divine expression.
